- UAE orders are shipped via DHL.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

- Free shipping within the UAE.
- Free shipping on orders above €200 to Europe, the United States, Canada.
- Orders below €200: Europe €29, United States/Canada/Singapore €39, Rest of the World €45.

- UAE: AED 35
- Rest of the World: €45

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Items
All orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as DHL Express and Aramex. Every shipment is fully tracked.
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered successfully delivered. In some cases, the package may be signed for and received by another person, such as a family member, neighbor, colleague, receptionist, or building staff.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any order that is confirmed as delivered according to the courier’s tracking information.
If you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, colleagues, or your local courier office.
